The service

Card BIN Checker provides free, informational card and BIN utilities that run in your browser. The service is provided as-is, may change or be discontinued at any time, and requires no account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools for lawful, personal, professional or educational purposes. You must not:

• use the tools, or any generated number, to attempt fraud, unauthorized transactions, or to circumvent any merchant’s controls;
• misrepresent generated test numbers as real, usable cards;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
• use the site in violation of any applicable law.

Test card numbers produced by the generator are synthetic and non-functional. They exist for software testing only and cannot be charged.

Intellectual property & trademarks

Site content and design are owned by their respective authors. The BIN dataset is derived from an open dataset under the CC BY 4.0 license, with attribution provided. Card network names and logos (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) are trademarks of their respective owners; Card BIN Checker is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

No warranty

The service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results are informational only and may be incorrect or out of date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card BIN Checker and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results. You use the tools at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law
